Firstly you will need to log in to your MyRoadSafety account and go to the 'My Profile' page. Scroll down and you will see an option to 'Remove my account'.

Please note that once you click 'confirm', it will delete your account and this action cannot be undone. If you wish to avail of a portal account in the future you will have go through the registration process again.
