Culture Review
The RSA are the leading voice for road safety in Ireland, with a mission to make Irish roads safer for everyone.
The RSA People Strategy demonstrates a commitment to achieve a strong and positive workplace culture; one which promotes well-being, inclusivity and engagement whilst aligning closely to the organisation's overall strategy.
The RSA People Strategy places focus on three pillars – which each have specific goals and objectives and these are: ‘People’, ‘Development’ and ‘Culture’. The first action identified to support the third pillar ‘Culture’ was to “Establish a current view of organisational culture which can be used as a baseline to measure the impact of strategic objectives”.
