You can now apply for, renew, exchange and even replace your learner permit or driving licence online. Use our checklist below to make sure you have all the necessary documentation ready to upload.

Unfortunately, we can't exchange your licence. You can drive in Ireland for up to 12 months on your foreign licence but after that you will have to go through the steps to apply for an Irish licence.
