If you've applied and paid for your driving test but haven't received a confirmation email within a few minutes, please go to the 'My Messages' page in your MyRoadSafety account.
What to do:
- If the payment was successful, a copy of the confirmation email will be in your MyRoadSafety account under 'My Messages'.
- If the email isn't there, please check that the payment went through successfully. Sometimes additional authentication is required from your bank before a payment can be made.
- If the confirmation email in is your 'My Messages' but didn't come through to your email, please check your SPAM folder or go to your 'My Profile' page in MyRoadSafety to check that your email address is correct.
