We automatically schedule a check test appointment for you at your preferred test centre anytime prior to your permit expiring. The details will be sent to you by email so don't forget to check your spam/junk folder.

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your check test you must do this via the link in the email we sent you previously. 

Please note that the check test can be completed anytime in the year before your ADI permit expires.

If you haven't received an appointment or the scheduled check test date has past, you also have the option to request an appointment when completing the renewal declaration form.
