RSA service disruptions due to global IT issue

We are experiencing some disruption to our services due to a global IT issue. 

NDLS

Applications for learner permits and driving licences can't be processed at some NDLS centres currently. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and further updates will be posted here.

Applications can be made through NDLS online which is operating as normal. 

NCTS

All NCT centres are now operating as normal. Know more

Other RSA services

All other RSA services are operating as normal.

Driving tests are currently taking place so please arrive for your test as scheduled and applications can be made through our MyRoadSafety portal.
