For security reasons, when you enter your password incorrectly three times you'll be temporarily locked out of your MyRoadSafety account for 20 minutes. Please do not attempt to login or reset your password until after that time.
To reset your password, click on the forgot password link and follow these steps:
- Enter the email address you used to register.
- A reset password link will be sent to your email account. (Don't forget to check your spam folder)
- Open the email and click on the reset password link.
- Enter a new password.
- Log in to your MyRoadSafety account using the new password.
