How to submit training records and what to do if your student says their training isn't recorded
You must return your training records as soon as possible after a student completes their IBT course as failure to do so may result in a learner not being permitted to undergo a driving test.
The Completed IBT course form should be posted, together with the counterfoils of all certificates issued, to: Driver Education, Road Safety Authority, Moy Valley Business Park, Dublin Road, Ballina, Co. Mayo.
Please ensure the following information is included in the Completed IBT course form:
- IBT Stamp with Trainer number
- IBT Trainer name
- IBT Trainer signature and date
For each driver the following details should be provided on the form:
- Driver Name
- Date of Birth
- Learner Permit No.
- Category & Transmission Type
- Date Completed
- Certificate Number
- Logbook Number
- Approved IBT Centre Number
If any information is missing we will contact you however this delays the process.
