You need to complete the IBT Stock Order Form and enclose the relevant fee by cheque/postal order/bank draft made payable to the ADI Unit, Road Safety Authority. It should be posted to:

Driver Education, Road Safety Authority, Primrose Hill, Dublin Road, Ballina, Co. Mayo.

Stock will be sent to you by courier within 10 working days of us receiving your order.  

Please note that the following order thresholds apply:

• IBT logbooks (€6.50 each) - the minimum order is 10 but no more than 40 can be ordered at any one time and the same number of IBT Motorcycling Information Booklets will be sent to you. 
• IBT Certificates of Satisfactory Completion - You are only allowed to order 1 book of Certificates of Satisfactory Completion at a time (there are 50 certs in each book) and you should not have more than 10 certs in stock at the time of placing a new order. Certificates of Satisfactory Completion are free of charge but a charge of €5 is applied for postal fees per order. 
• Pre Rider Check pads (€3 each) – no more than 4 pads (50 in one pad) can be ordered at any one time
  A charge of €5 is applied per order for postal fees.
