Essential worker declaration form for driver training

Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) can offer Essential Driver Training (EDT) to essential workers. If you need to complete your driver training, please fill in an  essential worker declaration form and present it to your instructor.

Tendering process

Find out about the RSA’s procurement policy and our recent tender awards.

Our procurement processes are governed by the National and EU legislation on public procurement. As such, the RSA sources the goods and services in line with the following procedures:

  • Up to €5,000 – one written quotation
  • Between €5,000 and €25,000 – three written quotations from competitive suppliers
  • Between €25,000 and applicable EU Threshold – requests for tenders are advertised on eTenders website (www.etenders.gov.ie)
  • Above EU Threshold – Requests for Tenders are advertised on eTenders and in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).

The current EU Threshold for goods and services applicable to the RSA is €221,000 exclusive of VAT.

Suppliers are encouraged to register with eTenders in order to be invited to submit a quotation or a tender.
