Universal Honda Limited recalls certain passenger vehicles


Universal Honda Limited is carrying out recall on certain Honda Civic and CR-V passenger vehicles.

Universal Honda Limited is carrying out a voluntary recall on certain Honda Civic and CR-V passenger vehicles.

The safety issue has been identified is that in certain petrol/hybrid motor vehicles, a safety defect exists due to the failure of the fuel pump. The fuel pump does not feed fuel and the engine stops or cannot start while driving.

The recall affects 322 vehicles in the Republic of Ireland that were produced between 2018 & 2020.

What to do:

Universal Honda Limited will directly contact all affected customers advising them to make an appointment with their local Honda Dealer or Authorised Repairer where any necessary work will be carried out.
