Depuy Synthes

The Roll Over simulator will be visiting Cork City to emphasise road safety to the staff of Depuy Synthes. Staff will get to see and learn about the effectiveness of wearing a seatbelt and how to wear it correctly.

St. Mogue's College

Students in St. Mogue’s College will get to experience the Shuttle for a day. During this time students can practice their driving skills on our car simulator and brake reaction timer and other simulations on board. Students will learn how to wear their seatbelts correctly in our roll over simulator. RSA staff will be on hand for advice and questions throughout the event.

St. David's CBS

Students of St. David’s can take a break from their studies to learn about the importance of good road safety. Students will be able to witness first hand the dangers of not wearing your seatbelt on our roll over simulator. They can also practice their driving skills on our realistic car simulator or practice the Driver Theory Test on one of our interactive touch screens. Staff will be on hand throughout taking questions and offering advice.

BT Young Scientist Exhibition

Now in its 54th year the BT Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition is a competition open to all secondary schools north and south of the border. The Road Safety Authority's Shuttle and Roll over simulator will be situated outside the Shelbourne Hall at the RDS. We would love you to come along to our Shuttle where you can try out the car simulator, motorbike simulator, bike simulators, interactive games, test your reaction time when stopping a vehicle and take the “Theory Test” challenge

St. John Bosco's Secondary School

Expert staff on the RSA Shuttle and Roll Over simulator will provide advice on all aspects of road safety to the students. Students will be able to practice their theory test and driving skills on the RSA Interactive Shuttle. Students will be shown the importance of seatbelt wearing by using the "roll over simulator".

St. Joseph's Secondary School

Students in Spanish Point will get to experience the Shuttle for a day. During this time students can practice their driving skills on our car simulator and brake reaction timer. RSA staff will be on hand for advice and questions throughout the event.

St. Caimin's Secondary School

The Shuttle moves across county Clare to meet students in Shannon. Over two days, the students of St. Caimin’s will get the opportunity to practice their theory test, try driving our interactive car simulator and see if they can beat the score on our Safe Cross Code dance game.

Salesian Secondary College

The RSA Shuttle and Roll-Over simulator will be visiting the students of this secondary school and agricultural college. Attendees can test their braking skills on the "brake reaction timer", test their driving skills on the car and motorbike simulators, take the driver theory test and much much more. Demonstrations will take place showing the importance of seat belt wearing and visitors will have the chance to have a go on our Roll-Over simulator

South Tipperary TY Road Safety Event

Rockwell College welcomes the Shuttle, where TY students will get the chance to practice their driving skills on a number of different simulators. They can also prepare for their Driver Theory Test on our interactive touch screens. Staff will be on hand offering guidance and advice on road safety throughout the event.

St. Leo's College Safety Day

The girls of St. Leo’s College will have the opportunity to learn about the killer behaviours on the road, try our VR experience or test their knowledge with our interactive quiz. As always, the team of Road Safety Educators will be there to take any questions they may have.
